ITEM’s team of lawyers advises clients concerning all legal questions in intellectual property matters.  Due to its extensive practical knowledge, ITEM successfully handles all dispute-related cases, including opposition proceedings before the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), administrative disputes before the Slovenian Administrative Court, and infringement and invalidation litigation proceedings before the Slovenian courts, as well as opposition procedures before the Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM).
